update on ministry of food

Hi Guys,
It’s hugely encouraging for me that so many of you have been supporting the
Ministry of Food movement by voting on the site to get a Food Centre in your town. Big thanks to all of you for
voting; it makes all of the hard work that we did on the Ministry of Food campaign worthwhile. It’s really important to keep those votes coming in so I can show the government how many of you want Food Centres in your local area. If you haven’t voted yet, please do, then email the voting link to all your mates and get them
involved too. It could make such a massive difference.
The Food Centre I set up in Rotherham is going from strength to strength. The cooking classes have been booked solid and the lovely girls who run the centre, Lisa and Jane, have also been busy organising Workplace Pass it On events for companies in the Rotherham area. So many people and organisations seem to have taken Ministry of Food to heart and have started
Passing It On. The year six pupils at Highfield Community Primary School in Chester have been organising Pass it On events at their school, and I think that’s fantastic − nice one guys! If we can get more and more people your age to learn how to cook then Pass it On we stand a great chance of getting the whole nation cooking.
Big love
